International Cooperation

Movant delivers programs procured by municipalities and the Swedish Public Employment Service, developed according to the needs of the labor market. The vocational programs (EQF 5) vary in length, some programs are shorter and are aimed toward people who are already professionals, while others are up to two years and are made for people who want a new career. To confirm Industry needs, we have cooperation forums with all parts of the labor market: unions, companies, employer organizations and authorities.

The student starts by having their knowledge validated whereupon an individual study plan is established. The first part of the year of studies (all EQF level 4 programs take roughly 1 year) takes place at the school, where both workshops and rooms for studying theory are available (IMAGE). After the student gains adequate theoretical knowledge, the students then have the opportunity of vocational training where they get to practice their skills in a live environment. The teacher assures the goals of the program are fulfilled at the company through regular visits.

Movant would like to cooperate with other adult education companies who are looking for an exchange for coworkers surrounding andragogy (pedagogy for adults). We are also looking for European companies within our industries who are interested in receiving LIA students.
